I met Russell in New York in 2006 when I was at Matthew Kenney's The Plant for a few days.  He has gone on to create a lovely selection of products for those wanting to learn more about making yummy and beautifully presented gourmet raw dishes.  I especially enjoy the vibrant photos of his work.
