I first met Jemma in Sydney a few years ago and tasted her amazing cherry ripe slice … I still remember it!  Her sweet & savoury raw delights are available from a number of stockists around Australia.

Jemma and her team have also opened a raw bar in Byron Bay that I have heard glowing reports about.  I haven’t managed to get over that way yet, but the photos on instagram look absolutely delicious.
